It all started in grandma's kitchen.

Every Saturday, Fabiola helps her grandmother prepare Sunday lunch. That's where she learns to cook.

Among her first lessons: soup joumou, recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage.

Her homemade gifts at her son's first communion are a hit. Couleur Café + is born.
Food brings generations together.
As a teenager, Fabiola was already selling cookies and patties at school. She went on to study management, but never stopped cooking: for pleasure, for celebrations, for family and friends.
Today, every Couleur Café + product carries the flavours that have inspired her since childhood: authentic taste, balanced spices and the traditions of Haiti, shared with Ottawa.
