In short
We only collect what we need to prepare and hand over your order. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (for delivery) and any note you add, plus what you ordered. If you create an account: your email, and a secure cookie that keeps you signed in. In your browser: your cart and checkout details are saved on your own device so you don't lose them.
Why we use it
To prepare, hand over or deliver your order; to contact you about it; to send your receipt and sign-in codes; and to show your order history in your account. With your permission only, to send you news about new products and market dates.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card details go directly to Square and never pass through our site or our systems. See Square's privacy notice for how they handle payment data.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the shop: Square (payments and orders), Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage) and [Resend] (sending emails). They only process your information to provide their service to us. Some of them may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for our accounting and legal obligations [À CONFIRMER: e.g. 7 years in Canada]. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our newsletter, by writing to [COURRIEL]. We will answer within 30 days.

We only use a cookie to keep you signed in to your account, if you create one. No advertising or tracking cookies.
