How does the weekly pre-order work?
Order online before Wednesday at 8 pm. Fabiola cooks everything fresh, and your order is ready on Saturday. Orders placed after the cutoff are for the following week.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
At the ByWard Market Vendor Village in Ottawa, on Saturday between 10 am – 2 pm. Give your name at the stand.
Do you deliver?
Yes, in part of Ottawa (postal codes starting with K1, K2), on Saturday between 1 pm – 5 pm. Delivery costs $8.00 and is free on orders of $75.00 or more. The site checks your postal code at checkout.
Do you ship across Canada?
Not yet. For now it's pickup and local delivery only. Follow us on Instagram to hear when shipping starts.
Why are quantities limited?
Everything is homemade in small batches. When a product is sold out, it comes back the following week.
What about allergies?
Allergens are listed on each product. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can't guarantee a product is free of traces. [À CONFIRMER : liste des allergènes présents dans la cuisine] If you have a severe allergy, write to us before ordering.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
By credit or debit card, directly on the site. Payment is handled by Square: your card details never pass through our site.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until the cutoff (Wednesday at 8 pm). After that, cooking has started. See our terms of sale.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is optional: it lets you find your orders and reorder in one tap. Create one here with just your email.
Do you do catering?
Yes: first communions, birthdays, family celebrations. Write to us at [COURRIEL] for a quote.
